VITA MEDIA® NL-TEseries tent fabric is composed of low wick polyester pet yarn, andfour-axial pvc resin layers. the technical tension faces printable,lacquered by double sided acrylic, and highlights by itsperformance in UV resistance, mildew resistance, self cleaning, aswell good tear strength and tensile strength. VITA MEDIA® NL-TEseries are commonly used in clear span, event tent, frame tent,party canopy, storage tent, party tent, big tent, cue tent, keder,etc.
VITA MEDIA® NL-TBseries tent fabric is composed of low wick polyester pet yarn,four-axial pvc resin layers, and black inner layer makes tentfabric opaque. NL-TB-1199S two sides are coated with porcelainwhite and orange (or fluoride orange) different colors. VITAMEDIA® NL-TB series top side coated with welderable PVDF, and backside coated with acrylic lacquer. VITA MEDIA® NL-TB series ischaracterized by its 99% opacity, B1 flame retardant (DIN 4102-PART2: Class B1), UV stability, limited plasticizer migration, andultra tear strength and tensile strength meets tensile structuresstandard. VITA MEDIA® NL-TBseries top PVDF coatings offer good self cleaning properties,however, the 100% PVDF coating cannot be welded to another sheet ofthe same materials. Generally top PVDF coatings must be rough andworn, and then welded tightly, but VITA MEDIA® NL-TB series withspecial formula designed PVDF to ensure overlap hem welding withoutany priority treatments.
